What payment methods can I use?
We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards.
Why does PHITEN USA apply sales tax only in certain states?
Sales tax must be applied to any order that is being shipped to a location where PHITEN operates an office or corporate store.
Product Questions
What size necklace should I get?
Most average adult males tend to get a 22" necklace, whereas average adult females and children tend to get a 17" or 18" necklace. To be sure, we recommend measuring around your neck in inches to see how a necklace would fit. The necklaces can be worn loose or snug, depending on your comfort.
Can I wash my necklace/bracelet? If so, how?
Yes, you can wash/wet them. We recommend hand-washing them occasionally with soap or diluted laundry detergent and leaving them out to air-dry. If this is not enough, you can try using laundry stain remover; follow application directions and hand wash afterward. Do not use bleach (even for white necklaces/bracelets) as this may change the color. Washing the products excessively may speed up the wear and tear of the material.
Why is there a note on the package that says the Titanium Necklace must not be worn in a bath or sauna?
Repeated wetting and drying of the fabric or the application of heat can accelerate the material's wear and tear. Also, if the necklace contains any metal parts, these can heat up and cause discomfort or burns.
What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet?

Is Phiten safe for children or pregnant women?
We're not aware of Phiten products having harmful effects on children or pregnant women, although we do recommend keeping certain Phiten products with small parts away from children, as it may be a choking hazard. Phiten is a health and wellness product designed for healthy consumers. We always recommend consulting your physician if you have any questions.
What is the difference between Titanium Discs and Titanium Tape?
The Titanium Discs can easily be placed directly on specific parts of the body, whereas the Titanium Tapes can cover greater areas and can be attached easily to your knee, elbow or other joints. For the sake of good hygiene, we recommend changing the tape after a period of heavy perspiration.
Will the Titanium Discs or Tape cause problems if not attached properly?
No. There is no single method of applying or wrapping the Titanium Discs or Tape. Simply apply them to desired areas.

What is your return policy?

PHITEN RETURN POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS:

PHITEN will only accept returns – no exchanges. The item(s) must be returned to the address below within 30 DAYS of the order date. The item(s) must be sent with its original packaging, completed return form and packing slip.

Please note: PHITEN reserves the right to refuse any return claims. The decision will be of sole discretion of PHITEN and will be decided when the product is received by PHITEN. Only re-sellable items will be accepted. PHITEN will only accept returns. Once the item is accepted, a refund transaction will be made within 7 to 14 days of receiving the item. Return shipping shall be paid by the customer.

"Business Days" are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are unable to ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or the following holidays:

I'm worried that my package will get stolen if it's left on the doorstep. What can I do?
Please call us to place your order, and we will be able to add the "Signature Required" option to your order for $2.50. Packages with "Signature Required" will require a resident to be present and sign upon delivery. All orders without this request may be left on the front door/porch if the resident is not available to sign for them. Phiten USA, Inc. is not liable for any loss or theft that may occur once the package is delivered. If you already placed your order and would like to add the "Signature Required" option, please call our customer service representatives as soon as possible at (888)774-4836. We are open from 9 am - 6 pm PST. Any changes made the next business day after 1:00pm PST will incur a processing fee of $10.00.
What are the general delivery times?
UPS delivers Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
Where does PHITEN USA ship to?
PHITEN USA ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.) We do not ship packages to PO Boxes, military or diplomatic (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses at this time.
What if my package was delivered to my old or incorrect address?
We will be happy to re-send your order to your correct address. However, orders that are delivered to old or incorrect addresses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
